Emerald Green Arborvitae

Evergreen foliage is bright emerald green. Pyramidal in growth habit, this arborvitae matures at 12-15 feet with a 3-4 foot spread. Grows well in ordinary soils, especially damp areas. Hardy in zones 2-7. Although not drought tolerant, this specimen does fine in full sun or partial. A slim tree of medium height, this tree is often planted in a row as a decorative border, wind screen or privacy screen. The cold hardiness of this tree makes it a landscaper's favorite in Northern climates.
